- Rotate the cup in both directions or slightly pull it down. Run your finger around the cup to make sure it’s entirely open. If the cup doesn’t move - you’re good to go!
- Grab the removal stem and softly squeeze the base to release the seal. Gently pull the stem and the cup is out.

Stained and leaking
This is the most expensive cup i’ve ever bought and the most dissatisfied. It stained after fist cycle, it leaking and has some very difficult to wash parts
